The Role: We are not just looking for an employee; we are looking for a Growth Partner. Your mission is to identify high-potential leads, initiate conversations with decision-makers, and close implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target SMEs in sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, and Logistics.
Reach out to CEOs, CFOs, and Operations Managers to present Odoo as a solution to their pain points.
Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and demos (supported by our technical team).
Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to contract signing.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven Experience: Prior experience in selling ERP software, Saa S, or IT solutions (Odoo experience is a huge plus).
Strong Network: An existing network of business owners or decision-makers.
Communication Skills: Fluent in [Arabic/English] with the ability to translate technical value into business ROI.
Independence: A self-starter who can work remotely and manage their own schedule.
