Job Details

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Nile Recycling as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  • Coordinate employee performance evaluations and track progress on development plans
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs to foster a positive work environment.
