  • Lead and manage the end-to-end ERP implementation project (planning, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support).
  • Act as the main liaison between business departments and ERP vendors/consultants.
  • Oversee daily IT operations and Help Desk support to ensure system availability and fast issue resolution.
  • Manage and maintain company hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
  • Support manufacturing systems, including production, inventory, and quality modules within ERP.
  • Design IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Train users and ensure smooth system adoption across all departments.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable IT infrastructure across all company operations
  • Manage IT budgets, vendors, service providers, and contracts.
  • Ensure data security, backups, and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide technical leadership during incident response and disaster recovery planning
