Job Overview:

We are a growing startup based in Giza seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team and manage all aspects of human resources operations from the ground up. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws, and fostering a professional and organized work environment that supports the company’s growth and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding).

Collaborate with department managers to determine current and future staffing needs.

Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, and maintain accurate employee records.

HR Operations & Employee Administration

Track employee attendance, leaves, and ensure adherence to official working hours.

Handle onboarding procedures, social insurance, and employee benefits administration.

Monitor probation periods and support performance evaluation processes.

Address day-to-day employee relations issues and administrative matters professionally.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal HR policies.

Prepare and analyze HR reports for management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Process Improvement & Development

Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and systems suitable for a startup environment.

Support initiatives that foster a positive, efficient, and professional workplace culture.
