Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices
Support operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common business applications
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights
Log, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs
Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when required
Perform routine system maintenance and updates
Ensure IT policies, security standards, and procedures are followed
Provide basic user training and guidance when needed
