Position Overview:
The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the commercial strategy, driving revenue
growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring strong market positioning for the company.
This role requires a highly motivated leader with strong analytical skills, deep market
understanding, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
• Develop and execute the annual sales strategy aligned with business goals.
• Drive revenue growth across all segments (Corporate, Leisure, MICE, Online, and
Government).
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Lead the forecasting process and ensure accurate monthly revenue projections.
2. Business Development
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across local and international markets.
• Expand the account portfolio and activate new revenue-generating relationships.
• Strengthen partnerships with travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and key
decision-makers.
3. Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
• Set monthly and quarterly targets for the team.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development.
4. Client Relationship Management
• Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts.
• Conduct regular client visits, sales calls, and account reviews.
• Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and service delivery.
5. Sales Operations & Reporting
• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure CRM accuracy.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
• Ensure timely submission of sales plans, action plans, and pacing reports.
• Work closely with Revenue Management and Marketing to optimize performance.
6. Events & Promotions
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Identify promotional opportunities and support marketing campaigns.
• Represent the company professionally in all business functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.• 7–12 years of relevant sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.• Strong knowledge of the Egyptian red sea market and commercial landscape.• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Strong leadership and team management abilities.• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
