Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced BIM Structural Engineer to join our Technical Office team. The role involves developing and coordinating structural BIM models across all project stages, with a strong focus on upgrading models from LOD 300 to LOD 500 and delivering execution-ready construction outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and complete structural BIM models (concrete & steel).
- Upgrade BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 500.
- Prepare construction and shop drawings.
- Perform coordination and clash detection with other disciplines.
- Ensure model accuracy, validation, and quality control.
- Support technical office activities and construction documentation.
- Apply BIM standards, BEP, and MPDT requirements
