Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, supporting experimentation, optimization, and collaboration across content, paid advertising, and social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy DevelopmentDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on business growth, customer acquisition, and engagement
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform strategic decisions
Ensure all marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives and target audience needs
A/B Testing & OptimizationDesign and execute A/B tests across landing pages, ad creatives, email campaigns, and social media content
Analyze test results to optimize performance, improving conversion rates, engagement, and ROI
Creative & Content CollaborationCollaborate with creative teams to generate ideas for content, advertising, and social media campaigns
Contribute to the development of ad copy, visuals, and content aligned with campaign objectives
Paid Ads & Social Media StrategySupport the formulation and optimization of paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Develop social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traffic
Reporting & AnalysisTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance using relevant KPIs
Provide actionable insights to inform future marketing efforts and strategic adjustments
Qualifications
Experience2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development and execution
Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis
SkillsStrong understanding of paid advertising, social media, and content marketing
Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and ad management platforms
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute campaigns hands-on
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
