Job Details

  •    Administrative & Procurement Operations
  • Create, review, and follow up on all departmental Purchase Orders (POs) through the ERP system, liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure accurate specifications, approval
  •  Travel Management & Coordination
  •  Receive, review, and process employee travel requests according to company policy; coordinate with travel agencies to obtain quotations for flights, hotels, and related services.
  • Visitor & Guest Support
  •  Event Support   aligning with marketing team 
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  •  Work closely with Finance, HR, and other departments to align administrative activities, approvals+,
  • Reporting & Cost Control
  • Prepare regular administrative and procurement reports, monitor expenses related to administration and travel, and ensure adherence to budgets and cost‑control measures.
  • Continuous Process Improvement
