We are seeking an HR Specialist with at least 1 year of experience to support recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, as well as supporting core HR functions
Responsibilities:
- Post jobs and manage recruitment activities .
- Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Assist with HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare basic HR reports and documentation.
