Ensure full daily management of the Emdad office by being physically present in the office, maintaining a proper work environment for employees, enforcing administrative discipline, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and overseeing the quality and performance of support functions such as Human Resources and Finance.
Key Responsibilities Maintain daily on-site presence and ensure employee attendance and discipline.
Follow up on employees’ day-to-day needs (workstations, equipment, internet, office readiness, and general working conditions).
Manage and control all administrative and operational office activities to ensure a stable, organized, and professional work environment.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, government requirements, and administrative obligations .
Oversee and monitor the performance of office support services , particularly: Human Resources (contracts, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, onboarding, offboarding).
Finance support (operational expenses, invoices, petty cash, coordination with accounting).
Actively address operational gaps, delays, and inefficiencies impacting employees or service delivery.
Establish basic procedures and controls to eliminate administrative chaos, unclear ownership, and dependency on individuals .
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping for all office and HR matters.
Coordinate daily with headquarters and escalate issues promptly when needed.
Required Profile Strong hands-on office and operations management experience.
Proven ability to follow up daily and enforce discipline , not a purely administrative role.
Practical understanding of HR administration and compliance requirements.
High sense of ownership, accountability, and reliability.
Ability to work under pressure and manage a growing, evolving office environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in office management, operations, or administrative management.
Practical knowledge of local labor law, social insurance, and government administrative processes .
Solid experience supporting HR operations (contracts, attendance, payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding).
Basic understanding of financial administration (operational expenses, invoices, petty cash coordination).
Experience working in growing or imperfect environments and bringing structure to unclear processes.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable coordinating with headquarters and multiple stakeholders .
