Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, yield, and overall revenue
Analyze booking trends, demand patterns, seasonality, and competitor pricing
Manage dynamic pricing strategies across online and offline sales channels
Forecast demand and revenue for short- and long-term planning
Monitor KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rate, conversion rate, and booking pace
Collaborate with sales, marketing, reservations, and operations teams to align promotions and pricing
Optimize distribution channels (OTAs, direct bookings, tour operators, travel agents)
Manage inventory allocation and availability across channels
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership
Identify new revenue opportunities, packages, and upselling strategies

Strong understanding of tourism markets and seasonality

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred Experience
Experience working with hotels, resorts, tour operators, DMCs, or travel agencies
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a revenue manager role
Knowledge of online travel distribution platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.)
Familiarity with pricing optimization and forecasting tools
- Strong background in resort revenue management and reservations, including forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategies, and market analysis
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Proven experience in revenue management within tourism, hospitality, or travel sectors
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Proficiency in revenue management systems, PMS, CRS, and channel managers
Advanced Excel and reporting skills
