We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with HR systems, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
- Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR system workflows, reports, and analytics.
- Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on HR systems.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement HR processes and procedures.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Participate in HR system upgrades and testing.
