  • Source, evaluate, and procure medical equipment, supplies, and consumables in alignment with Cairoscan’s operational needs and quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure optimal value and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely replenishment of critical medical supplies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with regulatory requirements and Cairoscan’s internal policies.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with medical, engineering, and administrative teams to understand and fulfill specific procurement requirements.
  • Track and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or quality concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in the procurement process to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
