Location:

• Based in Alexandria (Alex FZ facility)

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in logistics, international trade, and Egyptian customs

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field

Language Skills:

• Proficient in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in logistics management software, ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Demonstrated expertise in MS Excel and/or data analysis tools

Customs & Trade Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of Egyptian customs regulations and international trade legislation

Documentation:

• Experience managing import/export documentation, including customs paperwork and compliance files

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensures strict adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality requirements throughout all logistics processes

Problem Solving:

• Proven ability to resolve shipment delays, mitigate operational risks, and troubleshoot logistical challenges

Process Improvement:

• Demonstrated track record in cost reduction, efficiency gains, and process optimization

Project Management:

• Skilled in coordinating complex, multi-modal, and cross-border logistics projects

Soft Skills:

• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
