Egypt Education Platform is seeking a motivated and experienced CRM Demand Planning Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the demand planning processes within our CRM system to drive better forecasting, enhance customer relationship management, and ultimately support the growth of our educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement demand planning and forecasting strategies using CRM data to support business objectives.
Analyze customer data, market trends, and sales forecasts to determine future demand and identify opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align demand plans with business strategy.
Utilize CRM tools and software to maintain accurate demand forecasts and reporting metrics.
Identify and address issues within the demand planning process, proposing solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
Monitor inventory levels and track product performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet customer demand.
Provide insights and reports to senior management regarding demand trends, performance metrics, and potential impacts on supply chains.
Lead initiatives to enhance data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system for better demand forecasting.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, or CRM management, preferably in the education or related sector.
Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools (e.
g., Excel, Tableau).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
