Senior Power Platform Engineer We are expanding our team and looking for  Power Platform Engineers towork with cutting-edge technologies, designing and delivering innovative solutions that drive business efficiency and digital transformation in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform suite and a passion for creating applications and automation in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The role will require interaction with stakeholders, internal and external, where technical and functional skills is a must.

You will design, build, and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse, working closely with business and technical teams.
    Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions using:  ·          Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)  ·         Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows)  ·         Agents (Chatbots & AI-driven solutions) using copilot studio.
·         Building Internal websites using SharePoint and external-facing websites using Power Pages.
  ·         Dataverse data modelling and security.
Integrate Dataverse with external systems through APIs, connectors, or bespoke solutions, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
·         Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, and external systems (via APIs, Dataverse, Azure Functions, etc.
)  ·         Customize Dynamics 365 applications to align with specific requirements, including the creation of plugins, workflows, and business rules.
Participate in the full application lifecycle: ·         Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into effective and innovative data solutions.
·         Provide third-line technical support, managing incidents and service requests to meet SLA commitments and maintain system reliability.
·         Document technical processes, known issues, and workarounds while maintaining a robust knowledge base and operational guidelines.
·         Maintain a technical debt log for Power Platform solutions, identifying and proposing resolutions for any issues.
·         Promote the adoption of Power Platform best practices, driving user engagement and business value.
·         Offer ad-hoc training and technical guidance to users, fostering confidence and effective system use.
Role Skill Requirements:  ·         5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years’ experience focused on Microsoft Power Platform  ·         Experience designing, leading, and delivering complex Power Platform solutions  ·         Expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages (including authentication, security, ALM)  ·         Knowledge of Dataverse data modeling and security  ·         Solid experience working with .
NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL, with a proven track record of developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications and systems using these technologies.
·         Strong understanding of integration patterns with Azure services and external systems (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, Oracle & SQL DBs, XML and Json).
Integration with Dynamics 365 is a plus.
·         Good understanding of software development lifecycle and agile practices  ·         Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM for Power Platform  ·         Leadership skills, ability to mentor team members, and drive best practices  ·         Excellent communication skills, capable of working with business and technical stakeholders  ·         Ability to work independently and in a team  Certification:  Required: PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer  Beneficial Additional Certifications:  ·         AZ-204: Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure  ·         PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect  ·         AZ-220: Microsoft Azure IoT Developer (if applicable)  ·         AZ-400: Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions    Additional Skills (Nice to Have)  ·         Familiarity with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) frameworks  ·         Comprehensive knowledge of security best practices, particularly in the areas of access and identity management, as well as ensuring compliance within Azure DevOps environments to maintain secure and reliable workflows.
·         In-depth understanding of core service management concepts, including Change Management, Incident Management, and other ITIL-aligned processes, to ensure efficient and effective system operations and support.
