Job Details

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall mission and objectives of the organization.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to foster professional growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and best HR practices.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in coordination with finance and external partners.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture that reflects the organization’s values.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Advise management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

    Benefits:
    Bonuses during "Festive Seasons" up to 1/2 a month Salary and up to 2 months of the salary at the end of the year based on performance.
