Job Objective
To contribute to the deployment and operation of software solutions for clients, while providing ongoing technical support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction. This role combines implementation and technical support tasks into one framework.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation | Technical Support
- Plan and execute software deployment processes for clients according to the project plan.
- Receive client inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system and provide immediate solutions.
- Diagnose hardware and software faults and provide clear steps for resolution.
Prepare installation and configuration guides. - Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system to ensure tracking and improve knowledge base.
Train end-users on using the new system and provide demonstrations. - Monitor system performance after implementation and suggest improvements for increased stability.
- Coordinate with development and product teams to resolve complex issues during implementation. Escalate critical cases to specialized teams with detailed reports.
