Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate is passionate about hiring, understands the education/tech ecosystem, and can partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen CVs and conduct HR interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and motivation
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal teams
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports (time-to-hire, pipeline status, etc.)
