Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hiring, understands the education/tech ecosystem, and can partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels Screen CVs and conduct HR interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and motivation Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal teams Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports (time-to-hire, pipeline status, etc.

1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Experience hiring for tech, education, or startup environments is a plus Strong interviewing and communication skills Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Strong organizational and follow-up skills
