As a Solution Consultant, here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team in selecting the right solutions for our customers in the META (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa) region. You will work closely with our strategic sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs. Your role will involve conducting solution demonstrations, delivering presentations, and providing technical guidance throughout the strategic sales process. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth for our Building Automation (BA) business.
In this role, you will impact the success of our Rail business by effectively communicating the value of our solutions to customers, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Your expertise and technical knowledge will contribute to the growth and success of our business in the rapidly evolving field of Building Automation and Rail. You will report directly to our Vertical Leader and matrix to our Solution Consulting Manager and you'll work out of our location on a work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, sustainability, and safety of buildings and verticals by delivering innovative solutions and driving customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the strategic sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Conduct solution demonstrations and deliver presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our Rail solutions.
- Conduct technical discussions and support to customers throughout the engagement process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and ensure alignment with BA’s broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and strategic sales teams to ensure that all efforts are aligned with customer needs, market trends, and Honeywell’s full suite of BA offerings (BMS, Security, Fire, etc.).
- Support the strategic sales team in preparing technical solutions and estimates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Qualifications:
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- Proven experience in a technical sales or solution consulting role specifically into the Rail concepts.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with Sales or Technical delivery in the Building Controls field
- Strong knowledge in the Rail concept and elements
- Designs and implements technical solutions for various aspects of a Rail, such as transportation, energy, and waste management.
- Provides expert advice on Rail strategies, policies, and best practices.

- Advanced Engineering degree (e.g., Master's) in a relevant field
- Experience in the META region and understanding of the local market
- Experience within large matrixed organizations, with proven track record of innovation, delivery, and results.
- Knowledge of Honeywell Building Automation products and solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
