How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Within the framework of HSEQ, create Health & Safety awareness, develop a team of professionals with the appropriate knowledge and skills. Make sure they are compliant with the requirements from the regulatory agency(s) and corporate standards (standard, instructions, HSEQ programs, tools and training). Objective will be to reduce the safety and financial exposure of the company further supporting business growth in a safe and compliant manner.Main Accountabilities
1. Develop, implement, and/or manage safety programs, claims management, and compliance with government regulatory agencies and corporate operating procedures.
2. Direct and coordinate the execution of safety and corporate loss control initiatives at multi-site locations.
3. Ensure that procedures, rules and local standards are applied.
4. In some geographies Industrial Risk and Process Safety are included as part of this job profile.
5. Drives EHS promotion and communication activities including but not limited to safety talks, recognition events and achievement celebrations. Develop initiatives to process changes and take ownership for supporting and executing environment, health, and safety. Differentiating Criteria
Team Management: Manage the team responsible for the scope in the entity (2-5 people)
Scope: mid size country (100 - 600m Sales Rev.)
Decision Making / Activity:
- A member of the entity management committee
- Influence and responsible for the strategy and priorities related to the scope in the entity
- Complexity of operations (in terms of regulatory agencies, permitting and ISO certifications): Complex & mid to high regulatory demands___________________Are you a MATCH?1. Master Degree
2. 7+ years experience in safety & compliance
