  • Manage and mentor purchasing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing metrics, supplier performance, and cost savings initiatives.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as Purchasing Manager.Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and contract management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Solid understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.Experience in developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives.Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team setting.Strong organizational and time management skills.
