We are looking for a Tracking Specialist to monitor and support our container transport fleet on the road. This role ensures every shipment is tracked in real-time, drivers are supported throughout their trips, and operational management receives accurate, timely status updates.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor truck movements using GPS and other systems.
- Maintain constant communication with drivers to guide, assist, and resolve issues during trips.
- Track shipment milestones and update statuses in the system and through regular reporting.
- Report delays, incidents, and critical updates promptly to Fleet Operations Management.
- Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on shipment performance and trip progress.
- Support proactive problem-solving to minimize disruptions and keep schedules on track.
