Role Overview: The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee and guide the daily operations of the Project Coordination team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in line with company standards. This role serves as the first point of escalation for operational or task-related issues, consolidates team outputs for management review, and ensures smooth communication between coordinators, teachers, and leadership. The supervisor will also manage scheduling, documentation, and administrative processes, including session records, contact sheets, salary validations, and performance-based deductions, while supporting the team in resolving operational challenges efficiently.
As a Senior Project Coordinator, You will:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Project Coordinators.
- Review completed tasks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to operational and quality guidelines.
- Act as the first escalation point for operational challenges or task-related issues.
- Consolidate team outputs and deliver finalized tasks to the Operations Manager within agreed timelines.
- Ensure clear communication between the coordination team and management .
- Send Contacts Sheets for teachers and coordinators before each session.
- Prepare and manage recorded sessions links sheets and ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Manage and organize meetings related to teachers and coordinators, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Handle deductions for teachers or coordinators according to company policies and performance reports.
- Oversee salary-related inputs and validations before submission.
- Ensure all teachers’ and coordinators’ data is up to date and properly documented.
- Support teachers and coordinators in resolving operational or administrative issues.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations or a similar role.
- Strong experience dealing with LMS platforms.
- Very good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- English proficiency: Very Good or higher.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
