Job Details

We are seeking a Process Improvement Section Head / Manager & Operational Excellence) who will play a key role in analyzing and improving organizational workflows.
The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and driving continuous improvement projects across business functions.
This is a hands-on position requiring strong data analysis skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage change initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
  Key Responsibilities Lead process improvement initiatives across multiple departments to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Map, analyze, and redesign business processes using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies, and recommend practical solutions.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define improvement goals, success metrics, and project scope.
Drive adoption of process improvements by developing training, documentation, and change management strategies.
Monitor and report on performance indicators, cost savings, and productivity improvements.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve organizational performance.
Support a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring teams and promoting innovative problem-solving approaches.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business transformation roles.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (mandatory).
ISO 9001 knowledge or certification is a strong plus.
