<p>This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data driven solutions to drive business insights and strategic decision-making. It involves designing and optimizing predictive models, uncovering patterns in large datasets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision making.</p>

<ol><li>Lead AI/ML initiatives, driving innovation and strategic alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Develop, architect and optimize large-scale deep learning and generative AI solutions.</li><li>Build robust pipelines for continuous model deployment, monitoring, and governance.</li><li>Research and implement cutting-edge AI advancements</li><li>Mentor and guide junior and mid-level data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.</li></ol>

<p>Education</p>
<p>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Statistics.</p>
<p><strong>Skills and Abilities</strong></p>
<ul><li>Fluent English and Arabic is a must</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple concurrent</li><li>Detail-oriented and process oriented.</li><li>Flexibility in dealing with people with diverse working styles</li><li>Analytical Mindset</li><li>Business Acumen</li><li>Solid experience in classical ML modelling</li><li>Solid experience in deep learning architectures.</li><li>Experience in Generative AI (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models..etc)</li><li>Knowledge in MLOps, including model drift detection, and scaling ML systems.</li><li>Leadership skills with experience in managing business stakeholders and projects</li><li>Experience with SQL</li><li>4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and deep learning is <strong>preferred</strong></li><li>Experience with reinforcement learning and foundation models <strong>is a plus</strong></li><li>Contributions to AI research, patents, or open-source projects <strong>is a plus</strong></li></ul><p > Only your skills matter
