Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems.

  
  

• Diagnose and repair AC faults in guest rooms and public areas.

  
  

• Monitor system performance and ensure energy efficiency.

  
  

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies.

  
  

• Maintain maintenance logs and reports.

  
  

Education: At least a technical high school or vocational diploma.

Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience required by the job.
