Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Senior Zoho Sales Account Manager to join our Zoho Solutions Department.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning high-value opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and supporting the Sales Account Management Team Lead in driving revenue growth and sales excellence.

You will act as a senior contributor and mentor, handling strategic accounts, leading negotiations, and supporting junior team members while maintaining full ownership of your individual sales targets.


This is a full-time onsite position based in Alexandria, Egypt.


Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Ownership
  • Own and manage complex and high-value Zoho sales opportunities from qualification to closure.


  • Conduct advanced discovery sessions to understand client business needs and decision-making structures.


  • Lead solution positioning, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.


  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team revenue goals.


  • Support the Team Lead in reviewing large deals, pricing strategies, and discounts.


Client & Deal Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and strategic clients.


  • Conduct professional demos and presentations for Zoho solutions.


  • Manage objections, competition, and client escalations effectively.


  • Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to Account Management or Delivery teams.


  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing and new accounts.


Team Support & Mentorship
  • Support and guide Zoho Sales Account Managers on deal strategy, negotiation, and CRM usage.


  • Share best practices and lessons learned during sales reviews and team meetings.


  • Assist the Team Lead in onboarding and coaching junior sales team members.


  • Act as a role model in professionalism, discipline, and CRM compliance.


CRM, Process & Compliance
  • Maintain 100% CRM hygiene in Zoho CRM (leads, contacts, deals, activities).


  • Ensure all client communications, proposals, and follow-ups are documented.


  • Follow Pinerium’s sales SOPs, approval workflows, and communication SLAs.


  • Participate in pipeline reviews, forecasting sessions, and performance audits.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.


  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or software sales (Zoho experience preferred).


  • Proven track record in closing mid-to-large enterprise deals.


  • Strong knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, Creator, etc.).


  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.


  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.


  • High proficiency with Zoho CRM, Zoho WorkDrive, and Zoho Analytics.


  • Leadership mindset with mentoring and coaching capability.


  • Must have own laptop.


  • Must be a non-smoker (all types).


  • Full-time onsite position only – remote work is not permitted.
