Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an R&D Section Head located in 10th of Ramadan. The R&D Section Head will oversee all research and development activities, ensuring project requirements and timelines are met. The role involves leading a team, devising and executing new product development projects, managing resources efficiently, and maintaining quality standards in accordance with regulations. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data, developing strategies, and implementing new processes to enhance product innovation and compliance.
Qualifications Strong skills in Research and Development (R&D) and Project Management Proficiency in Team Leadership and Team Management Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions Effective communication and organizational abilities Educational background in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMP/ISO standards are advantageous
