Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Manager located in Giza. The Plant Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient and safe production processes. Responsibilities include managing plant operations, coordinating production planning, optimizing workflows, supervising staff, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role also involves implementing operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing resources effectively to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

Experience in Plant Management and Plant Operations Proficiency in Operations Management and Production Planning Strong expertise in Manufacturing Operations Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Ability to troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions Excellent organizational and communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred Knowledge of safety and quality compliance standards
