Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management and departments on business activities and decisions.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Oversee corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, powers of attorney, and company registrations.
Manage legal disputes, claims, and litigation in coordination with external lawyers.
Represent the company before governmental authorities, regulatory bodies, and courts when required.
Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations and assess their impact on the business.
Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and documentation.
Support HR and other departments on labor law, disciplinary actions, and internal investigations.
Bachelor’s degree in law.15 years of relevant legal experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, labor law, and regulatory compliance.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High level of integrity and confidentiality.
