  • Develop, implement, and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to ensure efficient production scheduling and inventory management.
  • Analyze production schedules, inventory levels, and lead times to optimize material flow and minimize shortages or excesses.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
  • Monitor and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and master data to reflect changes in product design or production processes.
  • Generate and review MRP reports to identify potential bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material discrepancies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track supplier performance and communicate material requirements to vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist in forecasting demand and planning for future production needs based on sales trends and historical data.
  • Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and inventory optimization strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations in all planning activities.
