Record and maintain daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses).

Monitor daily revenues and reconcile them with cashier and POS system reports.

Control and analyze Food & Beverage costs.

Manage supplier accounts, invoices, and payments.

Prepare periodic financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly).

Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to reduce waste.

Supervise and conduct periodic inventory counts.

Prepare payroll and monitor attendance when required.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.
