  • Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment and systems within the manufacturing plant.
  • Conduct regular inspections, diagnostics, and performance assessments of machinery to identify potential issues and ensure operational reliability.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical failures, recommending and executing corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and spare parts inventory.
  • Supervise and mentor junior maintenance engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and training.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and procurement of mechanical components.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies during all maintenance activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance costs.
  • Prepare and present maintenance reports, performance metrics, and improvement proposals to management.
