Role Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will own paid advertising and social media growth across the brand(s), with a focus on driving awareness, engagement, and trackable conversions. This is a hands-on role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing efforts across channels, owning campaigns end-to-end from strategy through performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & GrowthLaunch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Build structured, repeatable advertising strategies aligned with business goals
Monitor budgets, performance, and KPIs; iterate based on results
Ensure proper tracking is in place (pixels, GA4, conversion events, UTMs)
Test audiences, creative, offers, and funnels to improve performance over time
Provide clear insights and recommendations based on performance data
Social Media ManagementOwn day-to-day social posting and account management across key platforms
Develop content strategy and posting cadence (what to post, when, and why)
Drive organic growth through community engagement and audience interaction
Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions with timely, on-brand responses
Analyze social performance and continuously refine strategy
Content & Creative SupportCreate or update light marketing assets such as social graphics, promotions, menus, and ads
Use tools like Canva or Figma for quick-turn creative
Collaborate with external creatives when higher-level design support is needed
Web & Landing Page SupportQualifications
Experience3–4+ years of experience in growth marketing, paid media, or digital marketing
Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads
Experience managing multiple channels simultaneously
Hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience is a plus
SkillsStrong understanding of analytics, tracking, and performance optimization
