Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize B2B paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on execution, testing, performance tracking, and reporting. This role combines analytical thinking with hands-on campaign management, while also supporting basic SEO initiatives and light social media posting.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Campaign ManagementManage and optimize B2B ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms
Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and ROI
Ensure campaigns align with targeting, budget, and performance goals
A/B Testing & OptimizationRun A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
Analyze test results and apply insights to improve overall campaign performance
Reporting & AnalyticsTrack and analyze campaign performance using platform analytics and reporting tools
Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
Monitor key KPIs including CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
SEO & Website SupportSupport basic SEO efforts, including keyword awareness and on-page best practices
Collaborate with content or web teams to ensure alignment with SEO goals
Social Media PostingQualifications
Experience2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on B2B advertising
Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Google, and Meta ad campaigns
SkillsStrong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign setup, and optimization
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance analysis
Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Familiarity with basic social media management and posting
Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Clear communication skills with the ability to translate data into insights
