As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. Key Responsibilities - Deliver advanced technical support across Oracle Fusion Middleware components: SOA Suite, Service Bus (OSB), WebLogic Server, Oracle API Platform, Oracle Identity Management, and related integration services.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in distributed systems, multi-tier architectures, and mission-critical integrations.
- Design, implement, and test integration solutions spanning on-premise systems and Oracle Cloud (PaaS, OCI).
- Support the full lifecycle of middleware assets: installation, configuration, tuning, patching, security hardening, and performance optimization.
- Ensure stability and reliability of high-availability topologies, clustering, load-balancing, coherence, and messaging.
- Develop and maintain integrations using OIC Integration, OIC Process Automation, VBCS, REST/SOAP services, and event-driven patterns.
- Conduct architecture reviews and recommend improvements that enhance resilience, observability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and customer technical teams to understand business requirements, assess risks, and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities while ensuring strong governance and documentation standards.
- Provide proactive services, health checks, and performance assessments to prevent outages and minimize operational risks.

Required Technical Skills - Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware:
- Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL, Mediator, Business Rules, Human Workflow)
- Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
- Oracle WebLogic Server administration
- Enterprise Manager, WLST, and automation scripting
- Solid background in integration and API technologies: REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, JAX-WS, JAX-RS.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): Integrations, Process Automation, VBCS, adapters, orchestration patterns.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL capabilities.
- Experience with hybrid integration architectures, secure connectivity, and VPNs.
- Working knowledge of OCI services: Networking, Load Balancers, Vault, Logging, Monitoring, API Gateway.
- Familiarity with automation tools: Ansible, Terraform, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
- Middleware performance tuning, JVM analysis, thread analysis, and diagnostic tools.
- Security and identity expertise (OID, OAM, OUD) is a strong plus.
- Relevant Oracle certifications preferred.
