  • Provide leadership and mentoring for your subordinates, including ongoing training, development, performance management, conflict management and crisis management
  • Carryout regular on the job reviews making sure hazards are being identified and controlled, the correct use of tooling and work procedures being followed
  • Attend weekly planning meetings, review weekly plans to ensure they are realistic and achievable
  • Complete Tire reports and input tires changes on the Kline tire system
  • Continually assess the tooling and equipment to do the job safely and effectively
  • Execute all planned work in line with the weekly schedules while also managing the unscheduled breakdowns of equipment.
