Job Details

  • Lead, manage, and coach the inbound sales team to maximize conversions and customer acquisition.
  • Handle escalations from inbound calls and ensure high-quality client experience.
  • Monitor daily team performance (calls, conversion rates, pipeline, closures).
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly sales reports with the Country Sales Manager.
  • Support the team in improving sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure proper follow-up on all inbound leads (calls, chats, website requests).
  • Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities within the team and propose improvement plans.
  • Ensure adherence to sales policies, CRM usage, and reporting accuracy.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
