Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Pricing Specialist to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience within a freight forwarding company and a solid understanding of international logistics pricing. This role is critical in supporting sales and operations by providing accurate, competitive, and timely quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue freight quotations for ocean, air, and inland shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and partners to obtain competitive rates.
• Analyze pricing structures, surcharges, and market trends to ensure competitiveness.
• Support the sales team with tailored pricing solutions, spot rates, and cost breakdowns.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and margin improvement within logistics operations.
• Maintain and update rate databases and pricing records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and trade regulations.
• Work closely with operations to align pricing with service capabilities.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on pricing performance, trends, and forecasts for management review.
