Overview The Senior DRP Analyst is responsible for leading Distribution Requirements Planning activities across three business units in the Europe market, ensuring optimal product availability while balancing inventory, service, and cost. The role drives run-to-standard execution and compliance with JDA planning processes, translates demand signals into executable distribution plans, leads a team of 12+ FTEs, and acts as the critical link between the business units to enable cross-functional alignment. This position also leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning effectiveness, standardization, and system adoption, and plays a key role in S&OP / IBP cycles. Responsibilities - Develop and optimize DRP plans to ensure timely replenishment and high service levels across the distribution network to meet aggressive BU service level targets - Translate demand plans into executable distribution requirements aligned with supply, logistics, and capacity constraints - Optimize inventory health by managing service levels, days on hand, aging, and obsolescence - Proactively identify distribution and inventory risks and lead mitigation actions - Lead and coach a DRP team of 12+ FTEs in a matrix environment, driving performance and capability building - Partner cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams - Lead process improvement initiatives to standardize DRP ways of working and improve efficiency - Drive adoption and optimization of planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP / APO, Kinaxis), including governance and change management Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, , or a related field - 5–8 years of experience in supply chain planning with strong exposure to DRP and inventory management - Proven experience leading or coordinating teams, including people leadership in a matrix environment - Strong understanding of DRP concepts, inventory policies, and replenishment strategies - Hands-on experience with planning systems such as SAP IBP / O9 , Oracle, or similar tools - Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; Power BI or similar tools is a plus - Experience working within S&OP / IBP processes and cross-functional environments - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
