Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Data Analytics Lead to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:  Lead end-to-end analytics from problem framing to insight delivery, adoption, and KPI/ROI tracking.
Build and optimize Power BI models, Python analytics workflows, and advanced Excel analyses.
Apply hypothesis-driven analysis to uncover root causes and deliver actionable recommendations.
Ensure data quality, governance, documentation, and reproducibility across analytics outputs.
Mentor analysts and collaborate with Data Engineering/Data Science to operationalize insights and AI/ML outputs.
Bachelor’s in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
7–10+years in analytics/BI with measurable impact, including 3+ years in senior/lead roles.
Expert in Power BI (data modeling, performance optimization, deployments), strong SQL, and modern data platforms (e.
g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
Proficient in Python for data wrangling, analysis, and visualization, plus advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, complex formulas); Git and testing experience.
Proven problem solver with root-cause analysis, KPI design, executive dashboards, and translating business goals into analytical solutions.
Strong communicator and leader with data storytelling skills, stakeholder influence, high data integrity, continuous improvement mindset; AI/ML and regulated-industry experience a plus.
