Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze projects costs daily to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Prepare monthly cost control reports, variance analysis, and present findings to management.
- Track and control purchasing, subcontractor expenses, and inventory costs.
- Review supplier and subcontractor invoices for accuracy against contracts and approved pricing.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure effective cost management.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing related to project costs.
- Identify, recommend, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising project quality or schedule.
- Support contract administration by monitoring variations, claims, and payments.
- Maintain accurate cost records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Provide financial insights to help project teams make informed decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree of Civil Engineer with 10-15 years of experience (minimum 5 years in cost control).PMP Certified is Recommended.Golf Experience is Recommended.
