This General Management position will oversee full operations, with a focus on guest experience & satisfaction!
Requirements:
- Senior international exposure across Europe & the Gulf within a similar 5* luxury resort environment
- The client is open to strong DOO profiles ready to take their next step
- Ability to travel as single status or with spouse only
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree (MBA or Hospitality Management specialization) is preferred, especially for international or luxury brands.

- Strategic Leadership: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, brand standards, and growth objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily hotel functions—including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services—to deliver seamless and superior guest experiences.
- Financial Management: Develop and control budgets, monitor financial performance, optimize revenue streams, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff to foster a high-performance, service-driven culture.
- Guest Experience: Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service quality, responding proactively to guest feedback and market trends.
