Procurement & Supply Management
- Lead procurement activities for road, infrastructure, and landscape projects.
- Prepare and review material and subcontractor procurement plans.
- Issue RFQs/RFPs, analyze technical and commercial offers, and prepare comparison sheets.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Issue purchase orders and subcontracts in coordination with contracts and finance teams.
Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with Technical Office, Site, and Planning teams to ensure accurate specifications and quantities.
- Review technical submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Support value engineering and alternative material proposals.
Cost Control & Budget
- Monitor procurement costs against project budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Support variation pricing and claims related to procurement.
Supplier & Subcontractor Management
- Develop and maintain an approved supplier and subcontractor database.
- Evaluate supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, and compliance.
- Resolve procurement-related issues and delays.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare procurement status reports and cash flow inputs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and local regulations.
- Maintain proper procurement documentation and records.
