Job Details

Procurement & Supply Management

  • Lead procurement activities for road, infrastructure, and landscape projects.
  • Prepare and review material and subcontractor procurement plans.
  • Issue RFQs/RFPs, analyze technical and commercial offers, and prepare comparison sheets.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Issue purchase orders and subcontracts in coordination with contracts and finance teams.

Technical Coordination

  • Coordinate with Technical Office, Site, and Planning teams to ensure accurate specifications and quantities.
  • Review technical submittals and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Support value engineering and alternative material proposals.

Cost Control & Budget

  • Monitor procurement costs against project budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Support variation pricing and claims related to procurement.

Supplier & Subcontractor Management

  • Develop and maintain an approved supplier and subcontractor database.
  • Evaluate supplier performance regarding quality, delivery, and compliance.
  • Resolve procurement-related issues and delays.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare procurement status reports and cash flow inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and local regulations.
  • Maintain proper procurement documentation and records.
