Technology Collaboration and Engagement Specialist
In this highly visible and impactful role, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing a culture of collaboration and learning throughout the global technology organization. You will be engaging with technologist at all levels and locations of the organization to help enhance our engagement and enablement programs.
Onboarding: As a scaling organization, onboarding is key to helping new joiners understand the Technology department and value to the firm. Today, we facilitate a global technology onboarding program for all new technologists that gives them insight into how Millennium operates, and the technologies we’ve built.
Collaboration: There are numerous projects and objectives ongoing within Technology, and it’s important for others to be aware of projects and tools throughout the organization. Today, we have multiple forums where technologists can present their work and learn about other initiatives across the department.
Responsibilities
Facilitate and own the recurring Tech Onboarding Program for new joiners
Proactively evolve programs through collecting feedback and awareness of company updates
Develop engaging and informative learning content for technical audiences
Maintain user friendly and accessible documentation to support asynchronous learning
Generate global visibility through marketing and communication around upcoming events
Identify interesting and engaging topics internally and coach technologists to deliver the content
Qualifications/Skills Required
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or profile
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple timelines
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with large audiences
Experience working with a technical audience and ability to follow technical conversations
Strong ability to build relationships with various stakeholders and hold partners accountable
Experience in training design / solutions utilizing multiple approaches (classroom, online, e-learning, community, etc.)
