2-4 years as a Product Owner or similar experience In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principals Ability to balance conflicting priorities and negotiate a backlog with different stakeholders and leadership Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience working with Jira/Trello
