  • Prepare, review, and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and estimation teams to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials and services required for MEP projects.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive technical and commercial proposals in response to client tenders.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project budgets and enhance competitiveness.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all tender and procurement activities, including bid documentation and supplier databases.
  • Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to clarify technical queries and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure quality standards.
  • Support contract negotiations and assist in finalizing procurement agreements in line with company policies.
  • Ensure all tender and procurement processes adhere to company quality, safety, and ethical standards.
